I am an independent consultant, senior researcher, and assistant professor with background and training in clinical and population health, epidemiology, health economics, biostatistics, and health policy.

I provide services with clinical and domain expertise, methodologic insights, and strong skills in AI/ML, data science, mixed-methods policy evaluation, alternative payment methods, risk adjustment, survey design, and quality measurement.

I have more than 25 years of experience:

• Teaching, advising, and health policy (10 years at University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School)
• Research, evaluation, and business development (16 years at RTI International)
• Prior experience at boutique health, clinical research, and strategy consulting firms, hospitals, and healthcare systems
